Paul holds a B. S. in Civil Engineering from the Manhattan College School of Engineering (1994). He volunteers a good deal of his time by assisting several nonprofit schools with their respective facility-related matters.

As KEC’s Chief Operating Officer, Steve is responsible for the company's day-to-day operations related to project management, estimating, and superintendents. His primary duty is to ensure all departments work as a cohesive unit while bringing our customers the best service possible.
He started as a junior estimator and quickly expanded his role into all sectors of the electrical construction field, working as a Project Manager, Chief Estimator, Director of Operations, and Vice President of Maintenance for various Local 3 companies, and now in his current role as COO here at Kleinknecht Electric.
What he values most in his position is providing customers with an excellent product that exceeds expectations while staying on schedule and budget.

Robert J. Brewer is a Partner, past Executive Committee Member, and the Architecture & Engineering Practice Leader at Grassi. Rob began his career in 1987 and has extensive experience in tax planning, accounting, estate planning, succession planning, and mergers and acquisitions. Rob’s insight, wisdom and creativity allow him to provide expert business advice to a broad range of industries, including architecture & engineering, construction, not-for-profit, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and transportation.
Rob has written numerous articles on cash flow management, budgeting and workplace fraud. He developed and led a Construction Finance and Accounting class at New York City College of Technology. He is an active member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Samantha Ruttura, President, Our Rental Pumps, LLC
Samantha Ruttura has grown up in the construction industry, learning from family members who have supported New York’s infrastructure for more than a century.
In 2011 Samantha opened Our Rental Pumps, a WBE certified concrete pumping and equipment rental company. Our Rental Pumps has had the privilege of supporting major contractors and projects in the Tri-state area. Samantha currently sits on the board of directors for Long Island Contractors Association and the American Rental Association - NY division.
With each association, Samantha works directly with legislatures to bring projects and funding to our area. Safety and maintenance are paramount when renting heavy equipment in a fast-paced city. In recent years, Samantha has been working alongside the NCOOO to bring the first accredited concrete pump safety test to the market and is proud that the Our Rental Pumps team will be the first certified in New York State.
